See where your growth is leaking. Measure it the right way.

Measure, build, run.

Start with the CEMA using your own data. I don't build anything until we know what's working and what's not. Every path begins with a free 30-minute engine review.

The seams where growth leaks.

BEFORE YOU START

Free 30-minute Engine Review

Built commercial engines and researched why they leak

This isn't a paid step, and it isn't a sales call. I do the homework before we meet, so we spend the call talking about your business—not gathering basic information.

Before the call:

When you book, complete a short form asking for a few revenue numbers, nothing confidential — it takes a minute.

I'll review your numbers using the CEMA model before we meet.

During the call:

I'll show you the one or two areas where I'd look first.

What your biggest growth leaks might be.

I'll tell you whether you're ready for a CEMA.

If the answer is "not yet" or "this isn't a commercial problem," I'll say so. You'll know before you spend any money. The engine review doesn't include a report or a CEMA result. That's what the assessment is for.

CEMA

Measure: find the biggest growth leaks

CEMA is a complete review of your commercial engine using your own data. The assessment runs on CRM, billing and marketing data, plus six interviews of 45 minutes each.

You'll receive:

One overall maturity level for your commercial engine, and a level for each area — assessed the same way every time.

Your three biggest growth leaks, with what's at stake on each calculated from your own numbers.

A three-tier Commercial Engine Install proposal, priced, if moving forward makes sense.

Delivery:

Completed in 10–15 business days.

Delivered in clear, board-ready English or Finnish.

You're ready for the CEMA if you have a CRM your team uses every day, and someone who owns finance and reconciles the numbers. It also helps if your leadership team reviews revenue regularly, but that isn't required. If you aren't ready, I'll explain what to fix first.
