Light — foundations plus 1 track. Start where your CEMA scores point — for most companies the biggest early gain is in the foundations (customer definition and pricing) and the seam that leaks hardest, not in rebuilding a whole function.
Standard — foundations plus 2 tracks. The usual best balance: fix the offer and the two seams your scores flag, so the functions start pulling in the same direction. Usually the best balance of impact and scope.

Every tier starts with the foundations — customer definition and pricing & packaging — and ends with a metric glossary, an operating rhythm manual, a recorded team walkthrough, and a 2-week support window. Standard and Full include the first month of the Light Operating Retainer — the operating rhythm starts before I leave.
Prerequisite: a completed CEMA Assessment and one named owner per track who shapes and signs off the playbooks they'll run.

We stay on as your fractional commercial operator: I chair the monthly engine review, keep metric definitions honest as the business changes, tune the playbooks quarterly, and re-score CEMA so the board sees the trend.
Light — monthly engine review + email support (response within 2 business days).
Standard — adds async support (response within 1 business day, ~3 hrs/week), quarterly deep review with full CEMA re-scoring, and a monthly working session.

The Sprint packages the full Assessment, the end-to-end three-track Install, and the first month of operation into 90 days, a single fixed fee, agreed before we start, sized to your complexity. By day 90: a scored engine, eight playbooks in operation, your first board-ready revenue section, and a monthly rhythm your team runs from day 91.
It costs more than the steps added together — deliberately. The Sprint buys dedicated capacity, a guaranteed deadline, and everything running in parallel instead of in sequence. The staircase is priced for flexibility; the Sprint is priced for certainty, not assembled from the parts.
